Technical consultancy
We review system architecture, identify bottlenecks and evaluate technical options. We define the work needed based on requirements, performance and project constraints.
Development and integration
We design and develop systems that connect software, hardware and AI. Our work covers edge computing, hardware/software co-design and component integration, accounting for compute constraints and interfaces.
Project management
We define phases, milestones and responsibilities. We coordinate activities and dependencies across teams, track progress and update the plan as requirements or technical constraints change.
Production engineering
We organise and optimise manufacturing operations: line and process layout, production planning and the MES/MIS systems that connect the shop floor to management, from data capture at the machine to scheduling, traceability and KPIs.
Transport technology
Technology consultancy for the transport and transportation industry: onboard and fleet systems, sensing and telemetry, simulation and control, and the integration work that connects vehicles to the ground systems that run them.

Innovina brings together expertise in software, hardware, AI and project management. We focus on how these disciplines connect, because a decision in one can change the requirements and constraints in another.

We work alongside our clients' teams on technical decisions and development. We start with goals and constraints, make dependencies explicit and organise the work into phases.

A technology boutique. A small senior team, engaged directly on the work: the people who scope a project are the ones who build it, and they stay with it until it runs in production.

Delivery is the measure. We work to agreed dates, put the constraints on the table early instead of the surprises at the end, and treat the client's result, not the handover, as the point of the work.
